Please help me with BIOS

• This is the first time I built a computer myself, before that I already had a computer with the system installed. When booting, the BIOS began to open with an inscription stating that I had installed the RAM incorrectly (I used slots 1 and 2, but it was written better than 2 and 4). Is it better for me to move the RAM to other slots? Also, my OS didn't start up until I changed the startup mode from UEFI to CSM. Until then, the BIOS was opened. Can you tell me what this might be related to? Can I start my computer with UEFI?
