I cannot use MysticLight on MSI Center
Please explain to me what those words mean? Thank you♥

Close MSI Center. Don't just make it close to the notification bar, but actually make it exit/close.
Then in the windows start menu, find MSI Center, right click on it, and click on "Run as Administrator". Click Yes when it asks.
Then that should make it work.
