I have a problem where after boot the monitor receives no signal, the pc boot up with no problem, however after I restart a few times it goes into blue screen telling me windows is not loading properly. I have checked the voltage on the pcie slot and it’s all within normal range. I have tried all conventional methods found online, and eliminated potential issues to malware, corrupt system, defective gpu, loose connection, monitor and cable issue. And other actions that I cannot think of off the top of my head. Please help.
Attached are my specs:
MSI pro z790a wifi motherboard
Corsair ddr5 2x 16 gb ram
Intel 12700k i7
Msi 3060 Ti ventus
MSI MPG A650GF psu
Monitor: LG Ultragear 24GN60R (I think)
That’s it thanks in advance

Is this a new PC build?
What BIOS version board is using?
Do you just installed Windows OS? (which Windows exactly is this)
Or trying to install too? Or some older existing Windows installation from the old build?

It’s relatively new from aug 2023 BIOS was updated in november 2023 os was recently reset (11 pro) in a ditch attempt to solve the issue there is nothing wrong with actual operation

When this issue started? Or existing from the beginning?

How you make it works from here?
Also check in windows event logs more details about the BSOD received, what code it is and details.

Do you have any OC applied?

https://ibb.co/8cHyQMkHi, I know the reply is kind of late, however it is acting quite odd and I have been just restarting till it displays for the past 2 months. The issue started when I swapped out gtx1080 for an rtx 3060, then I thought the gpu was the problem and got a 3060 ti and still the same problem, I have tried to reinstall windows, reseat ram, reset and update bios but it’s the same problem the boot screen shows, just not the display, as mentioned earlier the problem is inconsistent so far there are three ways it will turn out, the boot sound plays but no display, no boot and go into this BSOD, or boot properly I am attaching a pic of the BSOD

That's not a BSOD, but a recovery screen that auto load on 3 unsuccessful boot up attempts.

If you click "Restart my PC" from that screen, does Windows loads normally?

I have a problem where after boot the monitor receives no signal, the pc boot up with no problem,

No screen, but you said no problem? Can you clarify better?
Or do you mean it has no screen, until Windows is fully loaded?
Or it unable to load Windows and self reboot?

but it’s the same problem the boot screen shows, just not the display

I'm confused, which boot screen you mean? BIOS boot screen? Windows boot screen?
Also what you means by "screen shows, but not the display?"

Hi the boot screen meaning the Msi symbol, load up after that the screen goes black and monitor returns no signal, by no problem with boot is that everything operates fine other than display and also no when I click restart from the recovery screen windows does not load up properly

And yes only a few times it self reboots but most of the time it’s just no display issue

How did you know that OS is loaded fine, but no display? Have you tried to connect via remote application to that PC?
What display you use and how's connected to the GPU? via HDMI? DP? Any adapters?

Sorry I am not sure if it booted fine, I just hear this boot up sound effect. I use Dp for it no adapters
