Hello.

My cpu is a fx 8320 .. my temps were always between 17?c - 36?c when gaming .. recently i thought that the fan was too loud ( stock fan ) ... so i installed msi control center ( my motherboard is a msi 970a-g46) to control the cpu fan speed, so i set it to 50% and everything was fine.. but the next day when i turned on the pc i noticed that the temps were too high (45?c idle and 65?c while gaming).. so i set the fan speed to 100% again but nothing happened .. the temps are stil high and i don't know what to do .. i was looking in the bios sttings but didn't find anything that could help ..

I was hoping that you could help me with this issue, because i don't understand what is happening..

Keep in mind that temperatures under 40C on AMD processors (at least of this era) are inaccurate.

Try uninstalling MSI control center.

I already uninstalled it and deleted the .ini files but nothing changed .. this is so weird..

Something similar happened to me too.
After uninstalling MSI control center, I just had to go on the Hardware Monitor section of the BIOS and from there choose "All set to default" for all the fans.
After that all worked fine.
