Popping/crackling sound after driver update on Claw 8

Hi all, I try to boot in safe mode to uninstall with DDU the fantastic Intel video drivers but windows 11 do not let me login (may be for the lack local account) . Disable/remove IA cpu do not fix the issue for me!
What can I do, stay with a device that noising like an hamsters.. :bonk::bonk:
Hi, the noise was my fault, I've used a different alim (that works with SteamDeck). With the original alim no more noise, the console is perfect.

I just wanted to come back with an update here for future reference: the audio issue has been resolved. I am not sure which exact update has fixed it, but after a while with occasional driver updates the problem has completely disappeared, the audio works perfectly fine now.

Yep, same here, I'm placing my bets on the Bios update which I think the previous one just installed incorrectly for us and we experienced the same issue. Gone now though.

I noticed the same thing and disabled ai boost and it immediately stopped making the glitchy audio, is there any end in sight for this, and does turning this off do anything for gaming performance?

I don't know know what ai boost is sorry, also I am surprised to hear about this issue again as it has been fixed for me for a very long time now. There was an other user here reporting the same problem, and it got resolved for him too around the same time, so I assumed this was not a thing anymore. Is your Claw fairly up to date with firmware, BIOS and other drivers?

Yep! All up-to-date. It was all good until I started playing the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. The audio was glitching and incredibly annoying, so I thought it was just a bug in the old game. Then it just kept going in every application. I tried all the proposed solutions, but nothing worked. Got so bad the audio glitches were creating micro stutters in the games. I had to disable the Realtek Audio driver and now I'm playing without sound.

Have you tried clean installing all of the audio-related drivers? Including Intel smart sound, Realtek, etc.
