Possible faulty PSU - how do I contact MSI support?

Hi -

Just bought the following:
MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 PSU

and it seems dead. Have gone through everything in this support article: https://www.msi.com/support/technical_details/VGA_Boot_No_Power#:~:text=It is recommended to test,choice to troubleshoot the problem

But I still have nothing.
When I hit the power button on the case, I hear what sounds like a click in the PSU, but nothing else whatsoever (no lights anywhere, no firing up of anything - NOTHING!)

When I tried to speak to Amazon UK (where I purchased this from) they have directed me to the MSI site - but the support area just says "oops".
Can anyone help me please?
