Power-on problems with AP272P All in One

I have a PRO AP272P, it turned off and won't turn on, the adapter has been tested and is correct, the hard drive has also been tested and is correct as are the memories, but I don't know what else to check.
 
Step 1.Please remove power cord on this system about one minute.
Step 2.Please re-plug power cord on this system.
Step 3.Please confirm this system can be booting or not after pressing power button on this system.
 
Not sure which Intel CPU you are using. I would suggest reinstalling the CPU, or trying a CPU from the recommended compatibility list, and reapplying thermal paste. Then, test the All-In-One PC again to see if the issue is resolved.
