I have bought both:

MPG Z890 EDGE TI WIFI;
MAG CORELIQUID I360;

both on amazon, and after i register both produtcs on the msi website, i reiceved an answer saying "Unable to redeem (The applicant is not an ordinary consumer)".

On the terms of the promotion in amazon, it didn said anything about "being a company" or an "ordinarya consumer" watever that is... actualy im an ordinary consumer who uses the company amazon account to buy produtcs on amazon.

I expect to be able to reedem the steam codes, or i will make a review on amazon about you not complying with the terms of the promotion.

What country are you in, and did you import those products from amazon?
 
By the looks of it only 2 retailers in Portugal are "supported" for this promo.

Just to clarify, I didn't buy it Portugal I bough it in Amazon.es - Spain.
This is the only thing that matters. The products were bought in Spain and I can ask for the invoice to be issued to any company around the world.
This is what you have on the terms.
 
And this would clarify why your request was rejected. You imported the product from Spain to Portugal.
I can only recommend you contact MSI directly about this as we cannot do anything with promotions.

I didn import anything, I bought something 2 products in Amazon Spain, and that's it.

On the terms of the promotion doesn't say anything about buying something from another country, it only says about the country we're you buy it.

I will speak to Amazon about it, and will send the products back if this doesn't get solved.

Your not computing with your own promotion terms.

Can ou please provide were is written on the terms of the promotion, that I cannot buy in Spain and get it delivered in any other country?
 
Lets get one thing straight - I am not MSI employee.
Possibly the fact you used "business" account on Amazon is the problem. I have no idea how that works.
Also note the following:
"*A troca só pode ser iniciada 14 dias após a data da compra."

From terms and conditions for the promo (note I used english version of promo page) :
  • Individual products used in an eligible claim cannot be re-used for separate or other claims under the Event. Redemption must be made in the country where the eligible product was purchased. Cross region and/or country redemption(s) shall be strictly prohibited.

That's called IMPORTING

I have the same problem due to the fact I buy overseas some times, those product are no longer eligible for Promos as were not purchased in my country
