I have a MSI Prestige 13 AIEvo A1MG 030UK. The Microphone is not being detected.
There is an error on the Intel Smart Sound Technology OED driver in the device manager. "windows has stopped this device (code 43) FW dump detected." A quick google search finds articles that suggest driver update for this device and Realtec
I cannot find any drivers on the UK MSI website for this or the audio device, when I find my laptop the only drivers are for the BIOS.
I have Windows update up to date. Uninstalled the device and removed driver. It is reinstalled when rebooted, but same problem, no Microphone.
Any pointers or links to correct drivers appreciated.
