Prestige 13Evo A13M - Webcam doesn't work - Microphone doesn't work

I have a new MSI Prestige 13Evo A13M-220RU

Camera and Microphone worked good, but after windows system update it doesn't work any more.

The error message I get in the Camera app is "0xA00F4244 <NoCameraAttached>. Camera physically opened. No any reaction on Fn+F6.
It is on in Bios. But there is no camera in device manager. I can't find driver especially for webcam - there is no such driver in support center.
Help me please, how to activate it again?

The same with Microphones. Intel Smart Sound intagrated nicrophones doesn't works as well. While testing it shows that microphone fully loaded, while playback there is no sound recorder.

Meanwhile when i connect external microphones to the input of Realtek Audio it works good.

For the camera, you should press fn+f6 to enable it.
If fn+f6 is not working, try to press fn+f7 to check if it is available to swtich different user scenario.
For the microphone, is it able to record the sound but cannot play the sound that you recorded?
Is it available to play any sound(music or video) from the built-in speaker?
If it is possible, share the system information exported by MSI Center to help analyze the issue.

For camera - Fn+F6 does not work - nor indication on display nor at the keyboard, Fn+7 works for mode changing via MSI Center (energy saving, power mode, etc.)

Microphone records something like internal system sound "psssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh", but no one external sound.

system information files find attached please (one file from windows and another one from MSIHelpDesk.

For the camera device, try to do EC reset.
Shutdown the laptop and unplug the charger > long press the power button for over 25 seconds > plug in the charger and power on the laptop

For the audio issue, try to clean install the audio drivers.
1. Download audio drivers from MSI website: https://www.msi.com/Business-Produc...upport?sub_product=Prestige-13Evo-A13M#driver
2. Disconnect the internet and uninstall Realtek, Intel smart sound technology, DTS driver, and software
Refer to the video tutorial for detail steps:

make sure to install as following orders: Intel smart sound technology > Realtek audio driver > DTS driver > Intel MVA / Realtek OED driver > intelliGO APO

There is no camera driver for your model. You should send it in for repair.
Try to clean install the audio drivers first to check if the microphone is also having any problem before sending it.

Hi.
I fixed it. Camera and Microphone as well. I opened the case of the display and disconnected connector of the camera and microphone wire (see screenshot attached) after that i've restarted notebook and now camera and microphone works good).
