Hi all,
I've purchased this laptop about a month ago to work with graphics and sometime to play videogames.
The problem is that when the laptop (CPU / GPU) is charging via the thunderbolt port, and temperature start rising, the wi fi stops working.
For example, it is impossible to install games even via the Epic Games Launcher, because the installer use the GPU and after a few minutes of downloading the network becomes unreachable.
The problem seem to involve somehow the Thunderbolt 3 port.
Could you suggest me some tuning that I could do to avoid the problem?
I've already read this thread but I couldnt understand well what can I do.
I've created the log files with HWInfo, and I've attached to this post.
Thanks for any suggestion,
Matteo
