Prestige 14 A11SCX charging problem.

I have buy a Prestige 14 A11SCX 4 days ago.

I found that the laptop must freeze when battery level reach fully charged and need to press the power button to force shutdown.
I have test it with different setting on the Battery Master inside the MSI Center.
Foe example, I have set the Battery Master setting to 80% battery stop charging, than my laptop will freeze when the battery level reach 80%.

And one more thing, when I power up the laptop after force shutdown. It must need to unplug the USB-C charging cable. If not it will hold at the Bios "MSI" logo and won't boot up.

Did you make any changes before the problem occurred?
I suggest you raise a web ticket and report the issue to MSI direclty.

In these few day. There are a new version of MSI Center relase in MS store.
After upgrade the latest verion of MSI center, the problem seem fixed.
