My Prestige PS341WU is flickering and showing intermittent band interference plus it doesn't wake up consistently - most of the time it doesn't wake up until I turn it off and on again. I use it as the main monitor side-by-side with an LG Monitor.

My Prestige PS341WU firmware is 024 and I want to update it to 029 but I can't find the utility that installs the firmware bin file AND instructions anywhere.

I have it hooked up to a brand new Asus GeForce RTX 3070 ROG WHITE Strix OC 8GB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card, which I just bought because I thought it was a problem with my old graphics card. Mobo: ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-F with the latest firmware. Since then, I have exchanged DP cables, switched places and priority with the LG monitor and connected in different slots in the graphics card but the problem persists just like with my old graphics card. Yes, I also installed the graphics card drivers fresh and tried both disabling and enabling eGPU in the Bios - eGPU sharing is off now and "only PCI" is allowed to display video.

Please check the Genesys Driver (GLUSBFLT_SETUP.exe) and MultiISP Utility (MultiISP.exe) again as attachment.
If still, please contact MSI to service.

Thanks again @fauc but repeating the same instructions doesn't make them work any better. The cables were connected correctly and all files were downloaded corrected.

The VL tool also works exactly as per MSi's instructions screenshot, it gets stuck in "device disconnect" and the FW button is always deactivated. Well, if the guys who created the instructions couldn't go past the error themselves, there is no hope they know what they are doing.

This message is mean both are not connected between PS341WU and this system.

I can't be sure I understand what is being said, despite my best efforts to both communicate my issues in good English and interpret the bad English of MSI's manuals and ensuing explanations of these manuals. But to whoever is following this thread, I have contacted MSI and they confirmed that if MSI OSD Creator works then the connection with the system is FINE:

" In order to check if the USB cable works fine, please download Creator OSD and install it. Can the Creator OSD utility work fine?"

Since Creator worked fine, the next step I was asked to follow was to go to MSI's CS.MSI.com and request a collection so that they could install the firmware themselves (it is like we are back in the 70s). I requested it THREE TIMES and received no confirmation from them about anything.

I have recently bought an LG monitor and no issues - so not an issue with my RTX 3070 card, cables, "magnetic sources" near the monitor as the useless MSI's phone support suggested before sending me to this forum and from this forum to the official web ticket support.
