Greetings.
I wanted to know if someone has this same problem and if they have been able to solve it. I have a MSI Pro B650 Wifi motherboard, along with a Ryzen 5 7600, some Kingston Fury 5200MHz 16GBX2, a Shappire AMD 6800xt and a Gigabyte 750 +Gold power supply source.
The problem is that the computer does not start after being turned off, either after suspending or hibernated.
The computer has energy, USB has energy but there is no other starting signal after pressing the PWR button.
I have tried another PSU, another RAM, I have changed the GPU to use the one integrated into the processor, I have made Clear Cmos in each Update of the BIOS that I have installed until the last of this month...
But here comes the most curious: the computer only turns on after trying by clicking the PWR button every little time, (the button is fine, I have tried a new modified one of another PC).
I can press the button for 2 to 5 minutes and randomly in the end it ends up on, which is frustrating and makes it prefer to keep my computer on.
The computer starts well after restarting it, starts well after a recent suspension, but the problem occurs in cold start.
Yes, I have deactivated the XMP and I have configured the memoirs manually, but the only thing that has changed is the speed of the BIOS post, which is good because before it took longer.
In summary, I've been starting the computer for months, by pressing the ignition button for 2-5 minutes every day, fighting this green bios, every day.
¿Has anyone had this problem or any similar? Any solution?
Thank you so much. Forgive for this great piece of text, ((and for the mistakes, I'm sorry, I only speak a little of english))

Instead of a power button (even a second modified one), look at where the cable for the power button goes. Take off the cable, and jump the two pins manually with a screwdriver for example, which should be the same as pressing a button. If the PC turns on immediately, it has to do with the button somehow. If not, it has to do with the system itself (from most to least likely: motherboard, PSU, something else). You said you tried a different PSU, was it a known good and not too old one?

Take out the GPU for now, use only one RAM module in slot A2. Any way to simplify the system is good.

Thanks for the help.
I have taken a while to try the solutions because I needed a friend's PC for a few hours to exchange components. Nothing has changed, I have tried all that and several more things. But I have noticed a solution. If instead of turning off or suspending, I just put it to hibernation and turn off-on on the PSU button, the computer starts instanty. It is not a total solution but....
Thank you very much for the help and for answering so fast.

Interesting. What is your exact PSU model, as written on sticker on the side? And how old is it (roughly)?

Please check the bios setting to see if ERP Ready is Disabled

The little USB Dongle of the wireless headphones is the problem. Trying to start the PC removing cables I have noticed (too late) that the PC starts immediately after removing the USB dongle and the problems of waiting have ended. The dongle heats up a lot to the touch, almost burning. Brand problem, (Tempest) since it is the second time that happens to me, (I already returned to the store the same model due to overheating of the USB dongle and derived malfunction ) but in the previous motherboard it did not happen. I think this motherboard must have more safety against energy problems or something and does not let it start directly. Thank you again guys for the aid, I leave this solution here in case another user in the future have a similar problem .
