Pro H610M-E Realtek Audio Error

After installing the latest BIOS update, the Realtek audio driver disappeared. Unfortunately, even after formatting the computer, my audio driver still doesn’t work. I am attaching the relevant documents below. Could you please help me?

Do you still have audio device in Device Manager?
I would try to roll back to the previous BIOS.
But if the audio device still do not show up, you might have to send it for repair.

Even if I install an earlier or older BIOS version, I still can't see the Realtek audio driver in the "Device Manager" section. It's not in the unidentified devices section either.

if the old bios works before, then big chance it should work?　　
Can you try to turn off the PSU and then Clear CMOS first?
