Greetings,

First time poster here. I would like to say that I am overall satisfied with the product. Every step of the process has gone well from shipping, building, and starting up the machine.
I had a few hiccups along the way with setup, but nothing I wasn't able to research and find the solution.

Now I am 5-6 months into the build and I have finally encountered a minor, but very inconvenient issue - the WLAN driver is no longer working:

I feel like this issue must've occurred recently as I had utilized the wireless connection very recently... approximately within the last 30 days.

Admittedly, 99% of the time the machine is connected via wired Ethernet connection, however I occasionally utilize Wi-Fi to use a mobile hotspot during wired network failures.

Attempted troubleshooting:
* MSI Center software to update all drivers - This updated everything else fine and indicated that it also updated the WiFi drivers, however the problem continues to persist.

** Downloading the AMD WIFI Drivers directly from MSI website (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-X670-P-WIFI/support#driver) - I tried this about a dozen times. There were a few attempts where the driver could not be detected. I simply deleted and downloaded the driver again from MSI website. The installer indicated "Finish", but the problem continues to persist.

*** Uninstalling the driver and then Powercycling the machine - I have seen this work in order to download drivers in the past on different make and models of machines.

**** Windows updates fully up to date.

***** Every step in this video:

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to read this :)

Interesting, I had no problems with the older driver but this is obviously a new driver series with different naming than the earlier one, I'm trying this too :)

I did all of that and now the yellow exclamation mark is gone on my device manager, the wifi symbol showed up, but it always says "no wifi networks found". I even did network reset on my windows setting and still "no wifi networks found". why?

Hi Alan, I know it's been 2 year, but this was helpful thanks.

For anyone wondering, you need to download the .cab (cabinet file) and then extract that to a folder in Downloads or anywhere else.

Then to install, as per the screenshots, you must go to Device Manager > Network Adapters > RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz > Right Click > Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse > "Let me pick.." > Have Disk.. > Browse > Select .INF file in the extracted folder > Next > INSTALL COMPLETE.

That said Alan, what do you do for the Bluetooth Driver? A little confused there.

Thanks a bunch for this. I was searching for some time and finally got this to work.

Like mentioned above, download the cab, and just drag all the files out of the folder.
