PRO Z690-A DDR4 Wifi - I have no settings to change DRAM voltage manually! I'm stuck at 1.2V, cannot change

I have no settings to change DRAM voltage manually! I only have option to change eventual DRAM voltage, which doesn't do anything. Anybody know why?

I realized that my XMP profile will not set because the XMP profile will not set the profile's voltage of 1.35, and I'm stuck at 1.2 no matter what. I have no option listed to change the DRAM voltage!
Is there something I'm missing? What do I have to do to have it show up?!

I did, but DRAM Voltage setting will not show up. It should be above 'Eventual DRAM Voltage' which does nothing. Anybody know what I have to do to make DRAM Voltage setting show up, please help! I can't get my memory stick up to 3600 unless I can raise it to at least 1.35v. It makes no sense why that setting is not on there.

Please list all your hardware in detail, exact models of everything, CPU, CPU cooler, RAM kit model, GPU, PSU...

What BIOS version are you on? (please don't say latest)
Have you tried other versions?
Honestly, you're probably going to have to contact MSI to really get it fixed.

So, I found out that I can change the dram through MSI Center in Windows since my bios only has option for 'Eventual DRAM voltage' which doesn't seem to set from the bio, since MSI center tells me 1.2v reading no matter what. However, in MSI Center in Windows, there is an option to set the DRAM Voltage and it actually sets, but MSI center will not let me set the frequency. So I have to restart (not shut off) to get into bios to set the frequency, and if I restart, the voltage sticks since MSI Center must have set it on the motherboard, but if I shut off the computer, the DRAM voltage just reset, and I get OC fail message. I can only restart the computer to retain the DRAM Voltage setting since it's set in Windows. Anybody know of a solution to keep it set on board itself? Why is it being cleared out if I power off the computer and power on? Why does restart retain information from Windows?

My ram from QVL list does run stable at the advertised OC speed of 3600 as long as my voltage is 1.35. If the dram voltage gets cleared when booting, then it will have OC fail message.

Thank you!

What is your CPU model and exact memory kit model?
From your previous posted messages, you have stability issues starting from the very beginning (with a DDR4-3200 kit).
Now you want stability with an overclocking rating (DDR4-3600) ...
On the other hand, you have an Aegis RS 12NUF-436US pre-built PC with the PRO Z690-A WIFI mobo.
So you need to contact the manufacturer to get BIOS updates (because the standard Z690-A DDR4 Wifi ones won't work properly for you).

It's solved. MSI provided a BIOS update that include the ram voltage settings! I'm running stable at 3600, thank you MSI!!!

Pro tip: make sure to check your Mobo's support page for the quality vendor listing to see if your dram can be run at a particular speed OC'd. XMP profile is techically OC'ing, so you need to check the QVL for compatability.
