v11, the auto XMP command rate is still reading at 2T. Manually changed to 1T and is fine.

v11 bug found, well for me anyway.

bug: turning on PSU switch from off results in the MB turning on. this to me isn't normal behavior.

It’s likely something with your BIOS settings.

Try
Settings > Advanced > Power management setup > Restore after AC power loss - Power off
Save changes

* PRO Z690 A DDD4 / BIOS 7D25v11 release date 13.12.2021
* PSU MSI MPG A850GF

It is set like that, trust me its the new BIOS. It didn't do it with v10. It's okay not a big deal.

Anyone else =having problems with the pci-e slot 1? I can't get my GPU to be seen, even in the bios, the second slot works fine, but I don't wanna use it as the GPU has restricted air flow there.

Mines fine but I did notice when installing it felt like it had a slight uplift towards the back of the slot where my previous board did not have that. Seems flush but who knows.

Love the board, with the exception of stability problems with XMP 2.0. Running it with i7-12700, 4 P cores at 5.2ghz, 8 P cores at 5.1ghz, E cores at default speeds, core voltage offset at -0.050v, Noctua air cooler - all perfectly stable, under stress tests maxing out at 185w TDP and 85C temp.

Having issues with both ram slots A1 and A2
Those two slots cause black screens (does not boot) when ram is installed.

Ram slots B1 and B2 work fine. Ive tried swapping the ram out in different slots etc and a1/a2 always cause black screen.

You may be better off starting your own topic with a topic heading like Z690 Pro DDR4 ram problems

You need to use just two or get 2x16gb. The BIOS compatibility just isn't there for 4 sticks it seems.

anyone, can you set your bios fan control to 0% PWM and see if your cpu fan turns off completely in low temperatures?
