Problème avec la langue è l'entrée dans l'ordinateur (Language problem)

It's not in french or english but in a europeen language that i don't know. When i try to change it on the right language it don't work.
Do someone know what to do in this case ?

In BIOS Setup, normally there is an globe icon usually next to "X" icon,
which you can click to change the Language.

That is working but when it's searching in the end it's the message of error OOBELanguage
