did you plug the PSU cable to the power cord on the wall? :) I'm asking this just to remind you to check every connections is OK, especially the ATX12V must be plugged to the motherboard as well.

What's your system specs? When you say "nothing happened", does the fan even try to spin? Did you plug in the PowerSwitch connector of your casing to the board? Is the connection correct? etc etc

All the cables of the PSU are connect correctly, and the PC cabinet cables too.
When I turn On my PC the fans start but nothing happen, the VGA doesn't show images and I can't hear BIOS beep. The PSU is an Aopen at 400 Watts.  :nooo:
What it could be???  :shocked_anim:

does this board come with D-Bracket? If yes, what's the D-Bracket status?

If no, have you tried to reset BIOS?
No beep? This is a value board I'm afraid it doesn't have built-in speaker... I'm not sure though. If that's the case, connect to an external speaker ?(hopefully you have one).

If still no beep, try a more powerful PSU.

I've just checked the CPU support list. What exactly is your CPU? is it 640 or 641?

How about the D-Bracket? Does your motherboard come with the D-LED bracket?

I just look at the board's picture from the website. It doesn't have built-in speaker. you got to hook it up to a beeper or casing speaker. Not plug your entertainment speaker from the back-panel.

All the components of the case Speacker SW Power Reset HD led are connect. I have just reset the BIOS, so I think is a PSU problem.

It could be... try out with a more powerful PSU then, the one with high current rating at +12V.

Did the fans spin when you switch on the system?

Apart from getting the power supply, you can also try borrowing some RAMs and swapping them into the system.

If not, you can take you RAMs to another similar build system and run Memtest86 to see if the RAMs run into any errors.
