What, you sent your notebook to MSI Australia for service, and when it came back the hot buttons didn't work? :think:
 
Not exactly,
I do not live in Australia, I live in Israel but probably it would be the same thing ..
Very simple key was stuck on the ECO
And I said well then I would change it
I can not turn on the WIFI
And I connect to the Internet with cable
It drives me crazy X-((
 
Then you don't have the "same" problem, but a "similar" one. :bonk:

Have you tried to reset the Embedded Controller (EC) yet?
