bought MSI PCI-Ex GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16G Ventus 3X OC 16 GB GDDR6X and MSI MAG A750BN PCIE5 750W power supply
I installed everything and see a black screen and a burning red diode on the vga motherboard and the fans on the card are not spinning (motherboard - MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus)
There are no problems with the old video card and the new power supply (MSI PCI-Ex GeForce GTX 1660 Super Ventus XS 6GB GDDR6)
Did I get a defective video card?
Just in case my processor (AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8GHz)
