Problem with 8606 drivers

Hi! I have a problem with TV 8606 drivers. My OS is WindowsXP SP3, who saw the tuner, but didn' recieved the drivers. I try with different versions, but haven't success. When I install the Microsoft drivers MSIPVS can't start and gives me 0xc0000005 error. I disabled DEP for driver.exe, but it hasn't effective. What should I do?
