Problem with battery

So i just bought a gf75 thin and I have been using it for 2 days now. It is plugged in almost all the time. But when i disconnect it and restart my laptop( or turn it off and start it again after a while) i first see the same battery percentage as the one before restarting then all of a sudden i get a battery low warning and it turns off. For example i started it with 71% and all of a sudden it turned off after the warning. I plugged it in and turned it on again to see it really has 0%. But there is no such problem if i dont restart it. Works completely fine unplugged. I'm completely clueless about the technical stuff so pls help me :/

Hey guys, try to update the latest EC firmware on MSI website, then perform battery calibration.
If the problem still remains, export your Battery report.

Hello @Crazydonkey ,
I do all of the manipulation possible, I updated EC, Bios, Drivers... unabled Fast Start on Win10...etc
I perform a battery calibration many times, but the battery draining continue when the laptop is switched off.
I make a battery report, but I don't find an explanation in it.
I see the battery drain in the report (the hours when I turn off, 70% of battery, and I see the hours when I start it, the battery at 0%)
but no other details in th report

What is your Design Capacity and Full Charge Capacity?
How long did you put your laptop shutdown?
Did you use any peripherals? If yes, disconnect all of them.
