Problem with G4MX460-VTD

Hi.

I have a new G4MX460-VTD, but i doesn't work correctly... under Windows, I'm experiencing lots of errors in the graphics - everywhere are more or less randomly placed black and white pixels - for example sometimes a "l" looks like an "!". Or sometimes letters aren't shown - while typing this text, sometimes the whole text disappears when I type one letter and reappears at the next one.

And, another part of my problem: 3D-Games don't work. I tried Aquanox, but the Fishtank-logo which appears at the beginning of the game, flickers somehow - it seems that the quadratic image becomes trapezoid sometimes... and, after about 5 seconds in the game, the computer hangs up - the picture stays how it is, the sound stops and all I can do is to restart the PC.
The same happenes, when I test Direct3D via the DirectX-Diagnostic tool. I tried to re-install DirectX, but that didn't help.

What can I do? The VGA and AGP drivers are installed correctly, and the card is of course not overclocked. I returned to the store, as I first expereined the problems and got a new one, but the problem remained.

I'm using:

OS: Windows XP Pro
Mainboard: Elitegroup K7S5A
CPU: AMD Athlon 1700+

Please help me...
