Hello, I wanted to ask the following: I bought a PRO H610M-G DDR5 motherboard and when I try to install Windows 10 or 11, it doesn't detect my 1TB SATA SSD. I want to add the RST drivers that came on the CD, but they're not compatible. What can I do?

Clear CMOS, short JBAT, unplug the power cord and reset CMOS battery.
Try to update BIOS to the latest version.
I would also try the SATA SSD on different SATA port or find another drive to test the compatibility issue.
For RST driver, you can also download it from the motherboard support page.

For HDD detection issue, please double check if you could see the HDD in bios setup first.
if it cannot be detected in bios, check and try another cable or replug the cable to verify first.

Yes, BIOS should be updated. Then, as pandaz said, you need to check if the SSD shows up in the BIOS. If it doesn't show up there, then it will never work anywhere else. In the BIOS, it's under "Settings\System Status".

What's the exact SSD model? What's the PSU model?
