Problem with MSI z690 Edge DDR4 network & mobile hotspot

My motherboard is MSI z690 Edge DDR4 and it has an onboard WiFi. I have all the drivers updated and the network is fine until today, I updated my GPU driver and some windows update and after a system restart my PC's wifi / mobile hotspot is behaving so weirdly.

Everything is working but the moment I turn on mobile hotspot, the internet for my PC is gone. I tried connecting my phone to the hotspot and everything is fine there but there's just no connection on my PC even though the network is looking fine and connected, pinging to 8.8.8.8 also have no problem but I can't connect to anything but Youtube on PC. Youtube video works but everything else just won't respond as if I have no internet connection. If I turn off the hotspot my browser would just say connection interrupted and it would be back to normal shortly. This has never happened before, any idea why and how do I fix this?

Sounds like the known issue Microsoft is investigating with Windows Update KB5014697

After installing this update, Windows devices might be unable use the Wi-Fi hotspot feature. When attempting to use the hotspot feature, the host device might lose the connection to the internet after a client device connects.

Thank you sir! after uninstalling the latest windows update KB5014699 everything is back to normal now, wouldn't expect windows update to fk up like this
