Hi all,

Nice to see a forum about MSI. I hope, i could speak about games and other software with you soon, once i managed to solve the next problem:

I have just bought an AIO MSI computer via www.pccomponentes.com (Spain web). I live in Canary Island so it has taken long time (1 week) to recieve it. Once i received it, i try to start the system but i cant. After at least 6 or 7 installations and three days speaking with the supportvia email (they havent got telephone number :( ) they told me that the SDD Hard drive is broken. I have managed to start the system using a Windows 8 recovery disk and when i check the Hard Disk and their partitions, i realize that there was more than 6 partitions, one of them with Windows 8.1 previously installed, another with some recovery info, other with some data and else.

Now, i have to send again to pccomponent and wait until they give me another. They havent got a telefone number to phone so i must to do all the request via tickets. That is so frustating. It have been taken four days to explain the problem meanwhile i dont have anything. Now, i have to go to the post office and send again the AIO to Jerez, so it will take one more week and another more to receive a new one.

Its is supposed that your products pass so many strict tests ( MSI Military Class 4) as you show in your product info, so i really dont understand what happen.

On other hand, the price of the same AIO is now cheaper than i bougth it (last week) and now i must wait at least 2 weeks more for receive. Now, i want to be sure that my AIO is original, new and clean. Dont want another manipulated AIO.

Can you explain me, what should i do with my order?

Thank you very much.

Your sincerely,

Dear Nickholas,

We are truly sorry what happened to your order, is everything fine now?
Though we are a WW company, some places we are still need to work on and to cover them more solid

MSI sell the brand new product to all our customers, so I may guess your case it was a refurbished unit.
And this case we cannot control due to it may be caused by this Price-watch website's re-seller or disty.
.
I believe you can contact the service department via service manual which i know you already did.
Hope in the end you will receive a brand new one.

Thanks and sorry for the late reply.

MSI AIO

Until now, nobody have gave me a solution, so i have decided to buy a DELL XPS 27. This will be my last experience with MSI.

The post office told me that will take at least 20 days to arrive at Jerez. Cant wait so much time. Dont want any more problems with the store and the MSI Company. Nobody have taken the responsibility of this issue.

Hey Nickholas,

Your experience was unfortunate but as a buyer and consumer, MSI is not at fault here but your dealer. First off, what you received was certainly tampered with since you found numerous partitions in the drive. Just like Newegg and Amazon, they too refurbish the product they sell which is out of the hands of the brand. I tell you if that Dell you purchased have some issues, it's very likely its not Dell's doing either. I think you need to find a different store and probably somewhere closer where you can walk in and purchase the product on site.
