Problem with PCI EXPRESS ERROR COUNTERS

Hello!

System:
Motherboard: MSI B650 Tomahawk (Latest Stable BIOS 7D75v1O)
CPU: 9800X3D
GPU: ZOTAC 5080 AMP EXTREME (Native connector from PSU. Also I never used GPU risers in my life)
RAM: F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR [M-Die] (Expo disabled, stock settings)
PSU: Corsair RM1200x SHIFT 80

SSD: WD_BLACK3 SN850 2 TB
OS: Windows 11 24H2 7462 (Already done full clean Install after swapping CPU)
Chipset Driver: Latest from official AMD website (7.11.26.2142)

Problem:

Recently I have upgraded my CPU from 7800X3D to 9800X3D, and now I'm seeing these strange errors on HWINFO32. ( PCIe Lanes 0 Errors, LCRC Error Count, Regular Red Receiver Error
I don't understand why, because on my previous CPU I didn't have those errors.
And these errors seem to have random appearances; they can appear even when I just started my PC or not appear in a few days of light PC usage and hard gaming.
Besides these errors in HWINFO32 (I know they're coming from nvidia-smi) I don't see any problem with the PC—no screen flicker, no WHEA errors, no freezing, or hard lagging, at least for my vision.
But these errors make me panic and nervous so much I'm already starting to look for an MB replacement or possibly CPU or GPU😭
The only thing I didn't test is putting my old CPU back, I can't turn off my PC completely and disassemble it right now because of work.

Things I tried to resolve the problem:

Disable ASPM Control for CPU PCIe
(It helped to reduce White Recovery Count errors, but not the red ones).
Full BIOS reset with battery out and short two pins (Twice)
Enabling "Prefer maximum performance" in NVIDIA control panel.
Changing PCI_E1 Gen in BIOS to Gen3, Gen4, and Auto, I know on Auto its working on PCIE 5.0 unofficialy and seems its trigger even more errors then on PCIE 4.0
Enabling Maximum performance power plan (The hidden one in the windows)
Cleaning my contacts GPU contacts with Isopropyl alcohol

One more interesting thing I notice: I can't disable FCH Spread Spectrum on this CPU.
As soon as I disable it, the PC will not boot with DRAM and CPU lights on.
With the previous CPU, I never had a problem with this setting.

It sounds like you have CPU compatibility issues.
You need to update the BIOS to 7D75v1P5 (pay attention to that "Improved compatibility of the Ryzen 8000 series CPU"):
After the BIOS update it's always a good idea to clear the CMOS (and to force a loading of the default settings).
And be aware: "beta" does not mean unstable here. ;)

I found a whole topic about this phenomenon on HWInfo forums. It seems related to NVIDIA GPUs. Start reading from this post:
Just short of 3 hours mixed use, ASPM disabled in bios, CPU balanced windows power plan, custom Nvidia power plan for desktop use and prefer Max Perf while in game, very happy with that, many thanks to all for the help.

@RemusM The sensitivity of the mounting on a LGA socket never ceases to surprise me. It makes sense it can influence a lot but it's not what I often in first, second or third instance would be thinking of.

PCIe Lanes 0 Errors, LCRC Error Count, Regular Red Receivers are FIXED for me by re-setting CPU.
I have a Thermalright AM5 secure frame, and I didn't screw it hard until I felt a hard stop before.
The reason for this is I was afraid to screw too tight and break it because it's not a native frame.
I checked my MB, and I didn't bend or break anything.
Now for 7 days I don't have a single red error. If it's going to change, I'll update this post or write a new one.
I read on some German forum one guy had the same thing, but it was screwed too tight for him.
Also, I'm using GEN 5 by setting it on Auto in BIOS.

Hope someone in the future find this post and this well help him too.
