Problem with upgrading !

Hello i am kostas and i would love your help here ! I recently bought the ryzen 5700x3d cpu to replace my old 2600x !
My current hardware : cpu: ryzem 2600x ,
Cpu cooler : afctic freezer esports duo
gpu :rtx4060ti ,
Ram 4x8 gb g skill ripjaw @2133
Psu : corsair rmx850 gold
Ssd and m2 : 980 and 980 pro
Bios : Latest from official site (7B79v1L5)
Whatever i do icant get this thing work , my pc will be on but wont give signal to the monitor , any ideas why this happens ?

Please check which LED lights up on the EZ Debug LED and connect only one stick of memory and check whether the system could boot.

Thank you for your replay ! If i remember correct there were all active the led lights , i am gonna try it again and update the post ! MSI replied to a ticket i have done , telling me some steps like clearing cmos !

The new cpu installed and works but with 96 celsius degrees! I installed new cpu cooler too , probably bad installation or paste ?
