Problems touchscreen MSI Summit E14FlipEvo A12MT

I'm having serious issues with the touchscreen of my 3 months old E14FlipEvo laptop. It started as a spontanious issue. Sometimes there appeared a round dot as if I was touching the screen. Always on the left side of the lcd panel.
Now there are moment I can't work on the laptop because of the screen problems. The screen acts like being touched, windows screens zoom in and out, move to left and right. Impossible to work with...
I tried a BIOS update, no difference. Tried updating drivers...nothing seems to help.

any ideas or help?

Bad touchscreen digitizer, you can disable it in device manager until you can send it off. Same thing happened to mine.
