Hello, I have an MSI Thin A15 B7UC with an RTX 3050, AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS, and 32 GB of RAM.
Everything used to work fine, but recently I started having a problem: after about 20–30 minutes of gaming, the FPS drops very heavily. I have already reinstalled Windows, updated the drivers, and even took the laptop to a service center to clean the cooling system from dust and replace the thermal paste.
I set everything to the lowest settings in games, and I also set Windows power settings to performance mode, but the issue still happens.
Before the cleaning, the laptop used to get very hot. But now, when the FPS drop happens, the laptop is actually cold.
What could be the problem?
The laptop is about 6 months old. I upgraded the RAM myself from 16 GB to 32 GB and replaced the SSD from 512 GB to 1 TB, but the issue started before these upgrades.
Today i also updated BIOS and EC Firmware, all the drivers are up to date, i also tried to limit the cpu activity in power plan, the issue still happens even in older games like league of legends, at first its like 220 fps, and after 20-30 minutes it drops to 70-80. I feel exhausted trying to fix this problem, maybe someone knows what should i do?

P.S. I always turn on coolers on MAX when gaming, and I even have additional coolers set up under the laptop.

Try to do clean install the graphics drivers for both AMD and Nvidia. Use the latest version on their website or the version on MSI website.
Although the version on MSI website is quite old, but you can also give it a try since they have been tested via MSI. Which could be more stable than the generic version.

You may try following in BIOS:
1) I recommend disabling virtualization.
2) Disable c-states.
3) Change it to performance/high performance mode instead of balanced etc.
