Product registration

Okay so i try to register my product in the MSI center, which does apparently not work and recommends me to do this through the browser.

Go to browser, try to register product, doesn't work...

Try a live chat, no live chat in your country try opening a ticket.

Fill in a ticket, submit the ticket, sending ticket --> 404 page not found....

At this point i wonder if i should've went with another brand since getting support seems to be impossible.

Yes, i carefully checked my my serial/CHK code, yes i tried multiple times on each...

What am i to do? since i tried all the ways to contact support and none work this is where i end up. great user experience so far.

Rant over, please help.

I too have the same problem and followed the same course of action exactly owing to MSI Center failing to register my motherboard. Tried with both Microsoft Edge and FireFox; needless to say, neither worked.
Also tried other support pathways, nothing seems to submit. Must be a quiet few days for their support team lol

Maiby they're low on staff with the holidays and disabled support, can't have outstanding tickets if there is no way to make a ticket, apparently we can't think critically either

Hamster packs his bags on weekend and goes home he a 9am to 4pm office worker payed in the odd Snickers bar and some times on his birthday will get new sawdust in the cage
Site quite often breaks on the weekend. Or hamster gets drunk and Passes out

No. Honestly, we (the moderators) have little to do with registration, etc.....
We just maintain the content on the forums and that's really it.
If you're having issues registering, the only real way to resolve it is with MSI directly. See : >>How to contact MSI.<<

I was just hoping some one might know how to go about registering a motherboard. The issue with the how to contact MSI link is the first step says to register the product. But I was able to figure out how to do it, so I thought I would share for other people.
1. Download MSI Center
2. Install
3. Top right corner says register. click it and it will automatically recognize the MSI Motherboard and help you register it.
