Promotion System want me pick Diablo instead of Monster Hunter

Hi I would like to raise up an issue, I want to claim the PC Set To-Go promotion and choose Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection instead of Diablo® IV: Lord of Hatred, after some of days for verification, and it shows me to redeem Diablo instead of Monster Hunter, but I rather want Monster Hunter games instead of Diablo. Can someone moderator can help me solve this issue?
