PSU for Nightblade X2

Hi all, my first post here.
I have a MSI Nightblade X2 and I would like to replace the original 350W PSU that came with the unit. Without stripping the whole machine apart now (as I'm currently using it), from what I can see inside the machine a modular PSU won't be suitable, as it appears to have a plate that mounts around it (?), potentally blocking access to where modular connections would be.
Does anyone 1st hand experience of trying to do this in an Nightblade X2 chassis and have suggestions for a 500W+ please?

Nothing from MSI, so I stripped it down myself and found my Nightblade x2 had a larger than the documented 500W PSU. In my machine was a phyiscally larger than a standard ATX PSU and rated at 610W.

This power supply of MSI Nightblade X2 is special and just for MSI Nightblade X2 system.

Attached is a picture of the MSI Nightbade X2 PSU. Because it is physically longer than a standard ATX PSU, you can easily replace it with a standard sized ATX PSU, it just means that there will be a gap at the bottom of the PSU chassis bracket. You might even be able to fit a modular PSU and just attach the cables you require. It might be tight, but I think it is achievable.
