PSU: MSI MPG A850GS PCIE5, Fully Modular Gaming 850W Power Supply.
These noises happen when I turn on the PC and very rarely when launching demanding games. It doesn't seem to affect performance at all, but it's really annoying
Am I correct in assuming the problem is with the internal fan? The power supply is a month and a half old, but due to the geolocation, I can't send it in for service.

The link doesn't work, can you provide a new one?

Have you checked if something isn't touching the FAN?
Turn off the PC and unplug it,
then with wooden stick try gentle rotate the fan manually and see if can rotate freely.

Thanks for the advice! I completely turned off and unplugged the PC, then tested the fan manually — it spins freely and there are no obstructions or wires touching the blades.

However, I noticed that when I press and hold the hybrid/silent mode button (Zero Fan), the clicking noise stops almost completely. It seems the issue isn't an external mechanical blockage, but rather something related to the fan's motor/bearing or internal behavior under power
