Pulse GL66 11UGKV - KeyBoard Light - Can't turn off

I want to use the Mystic Light utility but it's is imposible. If I press FN + F8 to turn off the keyboard light it doesn't work. My model is Pulse GL66 11UGKV. Someone can help me with some ideas ?

Did you install Mystic light in Feature set from MSI center?
If you do not install it, the shortcut key does not work.
It is for switching the mystic light keyboard profile.
If you install mystic light but the behavior is the same, you can try to reinstall MSI Center.
You can refer to the official FAQ to perform a clean installation.

You need to use MSI Center. Mystic Light (the stand alone app) does not work with this laptop.

Thank you for your answers. I had MSI Center installed and Mystic Light works with a user account with admin rights. In my Job they gave me this laptop but I'm in a domain user account with no admin rights. I think that is the problem but I don't know what to do to make that utility work. Do you have some ideas to make it work under a domain account ?. What specific admin right are neccesary to make it work ?

Which model of laptop do you have? Does the laptop support Mystic light?
As I know, there are some features that will be limited without Administration account?
Can you switch to Administration account to have whole permission?

If you are sure you are using a local administration account, it might not be a problem.
I find there is new MSI Center(2.0.19.0) which is released on MSI desktop. You can try to reinstall it.

I now have mystic lighting. I only have ambient mode, game sync, ambient link, and mystic light settings. None of these option help to turn off the keyboard.
