Hi,

I need Mystic Light to make this key work, but I can't install it on Ubuntu.
What could I do to solve this problem?

Do you know if it's possible to deactivate it in the BIOS or on the system itself?

Best,

For windows operating system, you have to download MSI Center, then download Mystic light from feature set to change the keyboard backlight profile by pressing Fn+F8. I am not sure if it is also working in Ubuntu/Linux.
Or you can try to deactivate in windows system and go back to Ubuntu/Linux.

It doesn't work on Ubuntu and I don't have dual boot.
I've tried OpenRGB, brightnessctl, as well as other tools I found online. However, nothing worked in my case.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me.

Have you tried this?

EDIT: Sorry just read in your reply that you already tried it.
