Pump Fun 0 rpm ( K240 V2)

I have wired I have installed the whole system, and from what I understand the CPU fan cable, it is not receiving signal or the pump is faulty.

On the motherboard (NZXT N7 B550) I have changed the output, by DC and PWM to test, both on the CPU and auxiliary fan and it does not work.

what is the MSI Center version you're using to control the pump fan? is the pump fan spinning when it gives a 0 RPM reading?

Go into BIOS and try to make all fan speed = 100%, check if any CPU/pump & auxiliary fan is running under BIOS.
Sound more like a board/BIOS problem so far. By the way, does any fan operate on your motherboard?
