Purchase day is not available to select

I recently had a laptop breakdown, the first since I bought it, and in order to register it I need to select the purchase date. The problem is that the purchase date is before the date the form allows me to select. Does anyone know what can I do?
 
You can't select future date but whenever in the past should be selectable.
Maybe it has something to do with the browser? Which browser you use?
