Purchased 5070, how do I get DOOM game as the "free gift" ?

I purchased the RTX 5070 from very-co-uk on the 20th, I wanted to get it before the promotion ran out on the 21st.

I never got any codes from VERY, I contacted them and they told me to contact NVIDIA, I contact NVIDIA and they told me to contact VERY again, I then contacted VERY again and they said contact MSI.

Can anyone advise me what I need to do to claim this game?

Similar issue. registered a laptop with 50 series card but this promotion doesn't show up in the available options (and others that say a 50 series laptop is eligible don't recognise my registered one so I can't redeem those either)
 
i have the same problem, i bought it on may 15 and i didnt know i have to register the product on msi center ;-; i created a ticket to ask about this problem because i still have the store receipt

hope i didn't miss it
