Px60 Screen stays blank after booting

The screen doesn't turn on. I can get it to turn on sometimes and when I do I have checked the drivers for updates, made sure the bios was set to default, and all other settings are set to default. But 9 times out of ten the screen just stays blank. If I plug it into a separate monitor it comes up fine. I sometimes have to try for hours before the screen will come on. I work in the tech department at work so I've done all the basics for troubleshooting but I just can't get it to consistently boot up correctly. If anyone has some insight or tips that would be amazing.

Do [Reset] and check the problem again.
1. Remove the AC adapter and insert the straighten paper clip to [Reset hole] which is located at the left/right side of notebook or the back cover.
2. Wait 10 seconds and connect the AC adapter. Then, you could power on the laptop again.
 

If the [Reset] doesn?t work, you might need MSI?s help on checking panel module.
