Qualified products do not show up in Go forward and Upgrade Promotion page

Hi Msi,
I am an MSI customer from Canada.
I recently registered 4 MSI products into my account, and I think they are all qualified to Go forward and Upgrade promotion.
However only one of them showed up on the promotion page and I did redeem the steam points with that product.

Can anyone advise what can I do? I have been contacting the promotion department through phone and email at tomh@msi.com regarding this issue but not a solution yet.
I haven't heard back from Tom since May 21st, since the promotion is going to expire soon, any advice?
