Question about gaming setup

Ok so when I do my gaming setup I’m just playing on Xbox and want to start streaming which u can do from the laptop but usually everyone has a pc what exactly does the pc do do I need a pc and laptop or laptop is just fine I don’t play pc games really either.

It's all dependant on the streaming software you want to use. You are better off looking at what software you want to use, and getting a laptop/PC that meet the recommended specs.
