Hello!

Over the last few days my graphics card started developing some issues with both HDMI ports, the signal coming and going. The image keeps dropping and the screen going green. First it was one port, now it's both. I've tried different cables and different displays. The DisplayPort ports work fine so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what's going on.

Any ideas before I start the hellish process of attempting to return the card to Curry's?

Thanks in advance!

List full system specs. What is the exact GPU model and is it MSI one?
Why you think its port issue and not something else?

Hi Svet!

Sure thing!

Specs:
INTEL(R) Core™ i7-5820K
Noctua Dual Tower CPU Cooler NH-D9L
Noctua NF-A9 x 2
SanDisk SSD PLUS 240 GB Sata III
G.SKILL 8 GB DDR4-2133 CL15 x 4
MSI X99A Raider INTEL X99 Chipset
MSI Radeon RX 580 ARMOR 8G OC
(https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/compu...8-gb-armor-oc-graphics-card-10179465-pdt.html)
RM850x Modular ATX PSU - 850 W
Dell 27 Monitor SE2719HR

I'm an average user and bought the computer assembled a few years ago but swapped out the graphics card, PSU and hard drive earlier this year but I've done nothing different since April. Nothing has changed and all of a sudden one of the HDMI ports started causing a green screen, going from picture to green screen to picture to green screen. Then the other port started too. The DP ones are the only ones working as normal.
I have the newest driver and tried rolling back to the previous one but this made no difference. Everything else is up to date too.

Other than the ports being faulty can you think of anything else that would cause the issue? When I installed it I made sure it was in properly. I'll try removing it and putting it back in but I don't see how anything could've shifted. The few times the tower's been moved has been when cleaning the flat and then it's been carefully moved.

Thanks in advance! :)

Have you tried using Display port instead HDMI?
Could be general GPU issue or something else.
