After updating the firmware, the box no longer starts, only the power LED is on. Do you know the procedure to flash the box? What needs to be downloaded in order for the equipment to work again?

No, but I think we do have a Manual for it

Use a sim card eject tool to press in the button I would suggeds 10 seconds

I have queried our support contact about your question.


There is some Updates stuff but not sure if that is going to be much help as a new product well we are lucky we managed to get a manual at least.

you're lucky, I don't have any feedback from support yet.
Even with the reset button, the box does not respond, only the power LED is on, no reaction from the router.
Do you have the procedure for using tftp tools?

I have no idea and I'm not sure how long it will take our Technical support to find out for me.
Did you get it from an online or an actual store?
As if it did not reset it may be bricked but till I hear back I as much in the dark as you are.
