Raider 18 HX A14VIG Nvme thermal pad thickness?

My raider 18 HX arrives tomorrow and I was watching a teardown video. In it, the guy removed the nvme and it had a THICK thermal pad under it. My laptop comes with 1 nvme but 2 slots available. Does the laptop already have a thermal pad in the empty slot or is it in the box? If not, what thickness do I need for my 990 pro 4tb? Thanks in advance!

I don't think there would be a thermal pad in the empty slot.
Please refer to the information I got from MSI support, the thermal pad of the SSD on Raider 18HX is 55*20*2.5mm.
