When it comes to memory, the motherboard is not very important.
Much more important is your CPU (model and IMC overclocking capabilities - that's the gambling part).
In any case, for the current Ryzen 7XXX and 9XXX CPUs DDR5-6000 is the best choice (not faster!).
So go for 2x16GB DDR5-6000 CL30 or CL28 for best results (best stability included here)
