I just bought a New GT72 last Monday , and today i notice that when i watching video with full screen my screen brightness suddenly changes to darker and when i close my full screen , it became brighter .Anythings that can i adjust ?

Battery saver will sometimes kick in and lower the screen brightness when the laptop is not plugged into electrical plug. If you would rather not plug your laptop in then just press down on the FN key just to the left of the ALT key and then press the up or down arrow to adjust your screen brightness. thanks

Also check your settings...follow this path...

Control Panel
System and Security
Power options
now you can change your setting.

Did you try pressing down on the FN key just to the left of the ALT key and then press the up or down arrow to adjust your screen brightness. thanks

Go to intel graphics control panel, select power, select max performance for the plugged in and on battery. Also disable power saving and automatic display brightness.

it is [***CENSORED***] ridicilous

that laptops costs a lot. And what do I have? - yes, a lot of problems with brightness

very cool. Why do cheap laptops can continue to work with the same brightness all the time, but your costly laptops - not??????????????????

it is not funny.

When I set the maximum brightness - I WANT MAX BRIGHTNESS!!!!!!

ALL THE TIME!!!!

But MSI cannot do it

Very disappointing

Fix it!

Try to clean install the graphics driver on your laptop.
Check which gpu are on your laptop, Intel, Nvidia, or AMD.
For Intel and Nvidia, please use DDU to remove the graphics driver, download and install the graphics driver for your model from MSI website.
