Random USB disconnect sounds after upgrading from MSI Unify X570 to MSI MEG X570S UNIFY-X MAX

Tried installing windows from scratch, latest bios, replaced RAM, and even replaced CPU. I didn't have this issue with my older X570 UNIFY, is there anything else I can try?

What is connected to USB ports except your mouse and keyboard?
Go to Windows Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > do you see anything pop and disappear when you hear the USB disconnect sound?
